zbaj Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "zbaj" / "Platform" — the online gambling platform operated at zbaj.club, including the casino lobby, sportsbook, live casino, slots section, and all associated services.
• "Account" — a registered player account held with zbaj, uniquely identified by a username and secured by a password.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" — any individual who registers an account on zbaj or accesses zbaj services.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in your zbaj account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳), comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds as separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by zbaj under specific terms, including wagering requirements, that are distinct from real-money deposits and must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a Player must wager on eligible games before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x).
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership, required by zbaj before processing a Player's first withdrawal or upon request.
• "BST" — Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6.
• "Game Providers" — licensed third-party game studios supplying games to the zbaj platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• "Prohibited Conduct" — any activity described in Section 9 of these Terms as prohibited.

To register an account with zbaj, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are registering and using zbaj for personal recreational purposes only, not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had a zbaj account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close associate of zbaj or any Game Provider supplying content to the zbaj platform.
• You will provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
• You accept full legal and financial responsibility for all activity conducted through your zbaj account.

zbaj reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, zbaj may merge balances, void bonus funds, and permanently close the duplicate account without prior notice.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one active zbaj account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. zbaj will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify zbaj immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account. zbaj may temporarily suspend your account upon receiving such a report while an investigation is conducted.

zbaj reserves the right to carry out enhanced identity verification (KYC) at any point during the account lifecycle — not only at the withdrawal stage. This may include requesting a copy of a government-issued national identity card, passport, or birth certificate, as well as proof of the payment method used (e.g., a screenshot of the registered bKash or Nagad account showing your name and number).

Accounts that remain inactive — defined as no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months — may be classified as dormant. zbaj will attempt to notify the account holder via the registered contact details before applying any dormant account policy. Players are encouraged to log in periodically and to keep their contact details current.

zbaj reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, collusion, cheating, bonus misuse, money laundering, or any other Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9 of these Terms. In such cases, any funds relating to suspected fraudulent activity may be withheld pending investigation.

zbaj accepts deposits denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. zbaj reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds and to add or remove supported payment methods at any time, with notice posted on the platform.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in the same name as the zbaj account. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts will be returned where possible, and may result in account suspension pending KYC review. zbaj does not accept cryptocurrency deposits.

Deposits are credited to your zbaj account balance once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Under normal circumstances, bKash and Nagad transfers are credited within minutes of confirmation. Any delays caused by payment provider downtime or bank processing schedules are outside zbaj's control. If a deposit is not credited within 60 minutes, contact zbaj support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

zbaj does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees or daily transaction limits independent of zbaj. Players are responsible for checking applicable limits with their bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank provider before initiating a deposit.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players whose accounts have successfully completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, in line with zbaj's anti-money-laundering procedures.

zbaj targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad during standard BST business hours. Processing times may be longer on public holidays, during peak periods, or where additional verification is required. zbaj does not guarantee specific processing times and will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, zbaj reserves the right to verify that:

• All applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have been fully satisfied.
• KYC documentation has been submitted and approved.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed the Player's real-money balance (exclusive of uncleared Bonus Funds).
• The account has not been flagged for investigation under zbaj's fraud and security procedures.

zbaj reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation before processing withdrawals above ৳50,000. This may include enhanced proof of identity, source of funds declaration, or confirmation of payment method ownership. This requirement exists in compliance with zbaj's internal anti-money-laundering policy.

Any winnings derived entirely from Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement at the time of a withdrawal request will not be included in the withdrawal amount. Real-money funds held separately from bonus funds remain withdrawable at any time subject to KYC completion.

zbaj may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions to eligible Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, published in the relevant promotion detail page within the zbaj platform. The following general bonus rules apply to all zbaj promotions unless the promotion-specific terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and, where specified, made a qualifying deposit of the minimum required amount.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonus Funds are tracked separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used in wagers before Bonus Funds unless zbaj's platform settings specify otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements result in the Bonus Funds and any bonus-derived winnings being forfeited at expiry.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may carry different contribution rates as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• zbaj reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled while a Player has an active wagering requirement, the Bonus Funds will be removed from the account balance and any bonus-derived winnings forfeited.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting a technical error in bonus crediting — constitutes Prohibited Conduct and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all affected funds.

All bets, wagers, and game rounds placed on the zbaj platform are subject to the rules of the individual game or sports market as set out by the relevant Game Provider or zbaj's sportsbook engine. By placing a bet or starting a game round, you confirm acceptance of those rules.

zbaj's sportsbook offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Market availability, odds, and in-play options are subject to change without notice and may be suspended at any time by zbaj or its odds provider.

• Bets are accepted only when sufficient funds are available in the Player's real-money or eligible bonus balance at the time of placement.
• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• zbaj reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a palpable error in odds has occurred, where the event outcome was already known at the time of bet placement, or where the market was suspended at the time of placement due to a technical fault.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology operated by the respective Game Provider. zbaj has no ability to influence game outcomes.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement, the Game Provider's server logs constitute the authoritative record. zbaj's decision following review of those logs is final.
• Maximum bet and maximum win limits apply to all games and sports markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or market page and may be adjusted by zbaj at any time.

zbaj is committed to operating its platform in a manner that actively supports responsible gambling for all Players in Bangladesh. The following tools are available to all registered Players free of charge and accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive in-platform notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, login is disabled and no bets can be placed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zbaj platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without their express consent.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the zbaj platform or any Game Provider's software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino games or poker variants to gain a collective advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the zbaj platform in place of genuine human play.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event or casino game on which a bet has been placed.
• Abusing zbaj's bonus system by employing strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements while minimising genuine risk (so-called "bonus abuse" or "matched betting" using zbaj's own offerings against each other).
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through a payment provider after funds have been used on the platform, except in cases of genuine unauthorised transaction.

All content on the zbaj platform — including but not limited to the zbaj brand name, logo, website design, software interface, text, graphics, imagery, and game assets supplied by Game Providers — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any zbaj platform content without the express prior written consent of zbaj or the relevant rights holder.

Game assets, artwork, and software logic displayed within the zbaj casino, sportsbook, and slots lobby remain the intellectual property of the respective Game Providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and are licensed to zbaj for display purposes only. No Player acquires any ownership rights over game content by virtue of playing on the zbaj platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zbaj's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with their use of the zbaj platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their zbaj account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zbaj shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — even if zbaj has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

zbaj provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While zbaj takes reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and security, zbaj does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious code at all times. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

zbaj is not liable for gambling losses incurred by any Player. Gambling involves inherent financial risk and all Players use the platform at their own financial risk.

zbaj collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account with zbaj, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

zbaj uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the zbaj platform. zbaj does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with Game Providers for the limited purpose of game delivery, with payment processors for transaction processing, and with identity verification services for KYC compliance.

zbaj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material amendment is made, zbaj will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the zbaj platform and, where practicable, notifying registered Players via their account inbox.

Continued use of the zbaj platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

zbaj operates as an offshore online gambling platform. These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zbaj is incorporated. zbaj makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or lawful for use in every jurisdiction.

Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering an account. zbaj does not provide legal advice on jurisdiction-specific gambling laws.
